Valentine's Day 2013

This Valentine's day, Jason will be ten and a half hours away at work. He was home last year and we went out and spent a ridiculous amount of money on sushi then saw the Aurora for the first time on the way home.
This year I think I may grab some ice cream and spend the evening with The Princess Bride, The Notebook (obviously) and P.S. I Love You. Not much says Valentine's Day like Gerard Butler...mmmmmm.

He should be home on Monday and hopefully we can find someone to take the girls for a night and we can dress up and have a good evening. We haven't done it in a while, we always have to worry about getting home at a reasonable time.
I plan on making him a chocolate caramel tart!! I've never made this before so I will probably give it a whirl tomorrow, then Dawn will have dessert, she's my guinea pig. She usually gets half of the desserts I make, unless I really don't like it.
